No, non puoi impostare che parte automaticamente a riprodurre il file. Ci sono altri metodi per fare quello che dici tu...

Io ne ho usato uno che però con firefox non funziona (con internet explorer si, invece)!
Usa Podbean.com!! Puoi inserire un player nel tuo sito e dirgli di partire automaticamente quando carichi la pagina.
